An integral part of the BCS education, participation in sports provides students with experiences that will help them mature emotionally, mentally, socially and physically. Our teams compete against other ETIAC and RSEQ league teams, as well as other independent schools.

Students are encouraged to get fit, have fun and develop a lifelong passion for fitness and sport. All students participate in a competitive or recreational sport of their choice, called crease, five days a week.

The H. Weir-Davis Memorial Gymnasium features two full-sized basketball courts, a 40-foot climbing wall and a complete fitness centre. We also have three modern international squash courts and one of Canada’s oldest indoor hockey rinks. Outside facilities include six sports fields, three tennis courts, a running track and several kilometres of wooded cross-country trails. Finally, a university swimming pool and the local golf course are within walking distance of campus.
