The choir recorded a couple of tunes in the chapel today.
Led by our Choir Director, Mme Maryse Simard, our choir typically practises once a week during the school year and prepares for three major music events: the Remembrance Day Ceremony, the Holiday Concert, and the Spring Concert. With three bands, a choir, and the chance to perform at events throughout the year, music is well-integrated into life at BCS. Music is an important part of our student's lives in ways that they don't even realize—it surrounds us each and every day. We always encourage students to perform for their peers or share their favourite songs for Mme Simard to play while they enter chapel. Our band is currently preparing for the next big event—the 159th Annual Cadet Review on May 27. Parents are welcome to attend this beloved tradition—we hope to see you there!
