Our Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mr. Josh Bray, continues to motivate both students and employees to stay active year-round.

Throughout this week, Josh has been sending emails to the entire community with a daily workout to follow. The workouts always include a warm-up, different skill level options, and a special challenge for the especially brave. As Assistant Houseparent, Josh also encouraged a couple of the McNaughton House boys to tackle his Day One workout yesterday—including the daily challenge, of course.
