Home of the Bears
With a wide variety of sports and activities to choose from, students have various opportunities to step out of their comfort zones, build new skillsets, and develop into leaders.
Our Athletics Program, ‘Crease,’ is an experiential learning opportunity that is an integral part of each student’s BCS experience. Whether students are beginners or more advanced in a sport, all students will have the opportunity to thrive in a team environment, fostering leadership, sportsmanship, and team skills that will transfer to other areas of their lives.
Exercise helps our students not only maintain a balanced life, but also thrive in a team environment. Whether playing an individual or team sport, school spirit is at the core of BCS athletics, and students proudly represent the school and show their school spirit as they cheer on their classmates playing against other rival schools.
The support of our coaches, our full-time athletic therapist and physiotherapist, as well as our strength and conditioning coach and academic coach enables students of all levels to develop as teammates and student athletes.
All the athletic opportunities were definitely my favourite part of BCS. I really enjoyed being a part of a team and all the team spirit.
