The Eastern Townships of Quebec are surrounded by beautiful, top-notch facilities for skiing and snowboarding. The ski and snowboarding team trains 1-2 times per week at Mont Orford, a hill located twenty minutes from BCS with an altitude of 2800 feet. This group also frequents other hills in the area, such as Mont Bromont, Owl’s Head and Mont Sutton for weekend skiing. When not on the slopes, students keep fit with dry-land training at the BCS gym and weight room.
Approximately 30 students are accepted onto the ski and snowboarding team and students with some experience are given preference. Our BCS coaches accompany students on the slopes to give lessons and technical tips adapted to each individual's level.
