A fang-tastic Halloween
Mr. Crowther presented the winners of the scary short story contest last Friday.
Throughout the month of October, our students (and staff!) have been writing and submitting their scary short stories to enter the annual scary short story contest. The English Department helped Mr. Crowther pick the winners of the contest and sponsored all the candy prizes. According to our esteemed panel of judges, picking the winners was no easy task. "Some are beautifully written, and some are scary as heck," shared Mr. Crowther. Mr. Crowther's dream is to use the stories as teaching workshops on creative writing one day. "I've managed to keep every winning entry over the last fourteen years of contests."
