An unforgettable February Break
This past weekend was filled with fun activities and trips.
The Winter Wilderness Dogsledding group spent four days in La Tuque where our intrepid students braved the cold northern weather for an adventure of a lifetime. Students were able to experience dogsledding, horseback riding, snowshoeing, sleeping in quinzhees (snow shelters), and ice fishing. Meanwhile, the Ski & Snowboarding group travelled to the beautiful city of Beaupré, Quebec. They spent three full days on Mont-Sainte-Anne with 'peak' conditions all weekend. Keep an eye out on our socials for photos from these trips coming soon.
The Varsity Hockey team also left campus for Pennsylvania, USA during the weekend, where they competed in the Midwest Prep Hockey League (MPHL) Championships and won for the first time ever! We are so proud of them for this achievement—GO, BEARS!
