BCS Bears Dominate the Ice

The rink was electric as our BCS Bears proved why they’re a force to be reckoned with. Over consecutive weekends, the team captured two major championships, thrilling the entire BCS community.

Two Nations Prep Hockey League Triumph

Our Bears faced some tough competition in the Two Nations Prep Hockey League, but they rose to the challenge.

  • Vs. Lawrenceville: 5‑3

  • Vs. Hill School: 3‑1

  • Vs. Nichole School: 4‑1

  • Finals vs. Ridley College: 4‑1

Victory after victory, our players showcased incredible skill and teamwork, bringing home the championship trophy and memories that will last a lifetime.

CPSHA League Playoffs: A Weekend to Remember

The excitement didn’t stop there. BCS also hosted one of the CPSHA league playoffs, and our Bears were unstoppable.

  • Vs. Ridley College: 5‑2

  • Vs. Upper Canada College: 7‑2

  • Semi-finals vs. Rothesay Netherwood School: 5‑3

  • Finals vs. Stanstead College: 6‑5 (Overtime!)

The final game kept everyone on the edge of their seats, with a nail-biting overtime victory sealing the league championship.

Alumni Pride: Xavier Cormier’s Ceremonial Face-Off

Adding to the excitement, we were thrilled to welcome alumnus Xavier Cormier (BCS 2023‑2025), now a rising star with the Drummondville Voltigeurs (QMJHL), who dropped the ceremonial face-off. It was a powerful reminder that… once a Bear, always a Bear!
