Today, our community participated in Denim Day, an international demonstration against sexual assault, by wearing jeans.

Denim Day was founded by Peace of Violence and aims to raise awareness about sexual violence, support survivors, and educate others.

The BCS community has been taking part in this demonstration since last year, thanks to a student initiative. As a community dedicated to learning and respect for all individuals, participating in Denim Day is a natural expression of our commitment to raising awareness and taking action against sexual violence.

For anyone seeking immediate support, the Sherbrooke sexual violence crisis hotline is 1-877-563-0793. Our School Counsellor, Ms. Marie-Noëlle, is also available to our entire community and ready to provide assistance. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
