It's time for the mane event

The Fall Crease Athletics Awards are just around the corner, but hold your horses—there are still a few practices and games left!

Speaking of horses, this year's horseback riding crease is very popular. The crease is divided into three groups: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Along with riding every week, students learn about horse safety and care. They also work out in the gym to be ready for the physical demands of riding. Our expert riders head to the stables four times a week, while our less experienced riders go twice a week. All students practise at the Rock Forest Stables—a local equestrian centre with large grass and sand arenas.

In only a few short weeks, our fall crease term will be over and students will start their winter crease. Here are a few important dates to remember for athletics.

Tuesday, November 1 - Sports Banquet
Wednesday, November 2 - First day of winter crease
Thursday, November 3 - Fall Crease Athletics Awards

Parents—check your inbox for an email about important changes made to our main events calendar.
