The House Captains for Gillard were announced in chapel this morning.

Every year, students who have demonstrated leadership within their residence may be asked to represent the house as a House Captain—for which they receive a new tie in recognition of their commitment and involvement. These student leaders act as role models, providing guidance for their fellow housemates and assisting the houseparent with a variety of daily chores, including ‘clear out’ in the morning, attendance at chapel, and check-ins. They also take on the responsibilities of organizing outings and activities and encouraging house spirit.

This year’s House Captains for Gillard are Janie, Jana, Cynthia, Alexa, Hannah, Megan, and Maaya. Congratulations on all your hard work, girls. We can't wait to see each of you grow into your leadership roles!
