Our Cadets program had students showing their crafty side today.

Our Form II-V students in Gillard and Glass House made beautiful spring cards during Cadets this afternoon as part of their community service activity. These cards go to local senior homes as well as seniors from the Meals on Wheels program. Students had the choice to either draw or use decoupage to decorate their cards. Once the card was decorated they wrote a special note inside to welcome the quickly approaching spring season. This small act of kindness is a great initiative to have students stay involved with their community. Thank you to Ms. Susan Cook, who organizes this activity a few times a year for our local seniors.
