Director and actress, Alarey Alsip, joined our Form VI Drama class today.
Alarey currently works at The Geordie Theatre School and recently finished acting in a film in Montreal, written and directed by Canadian playwright Vittorio Rossi. She and her husband, Gillett Bradley, BCS'94, are no strangers to BCS—Alarey previously came to our campus to perform a one-women show titled The Shape of a Girl.
During Ms. McGie's drama class, Alarey spoke about her experience and shared tips with our new theatre students. “I love teaching and working with students to help them express themselves through storytelling to allow a deeper understanding of their inner power, improving confidence, as well as finding a heartfelt connection in relationships,” explained Alarey.
We were grateful to have Alarey back on campus and can't wait for her to join us again later in the year to visit our theatre students as they prepare for their upcoming play.
