The R.D.W. Howson Enrichment Centre (EC) Coordinator, Ms. Gardner-Bray, and Learning Strategist, Ms. Largy, are thrilled to announce the launch of the EC's first podcast.

The EC podcast will be a place where our students can use their voices to share their BCS experience to help others who are dealing with the same issues. Episodes will be released three to four times a year, each about different academic topics.

In this first episode, Ms. Gardner-Bray and Ms. Largy sit down with day student, Priscilla, Form VI, and boarder John, Form VII, to talk about how they deal with exam stress. "This first episode focusses on metacognitive studying strategies, including studying skills, organization techniques, and exam-related stress management," Ms. Largy and Ms. Gardner-Bray explain. "We planned it out so it would coincide with the end of the year exam session." Take a listen below to hear about Priscilla and John's story about overcoming academic hurdles throughout their time on Moulton Hill.

Do you have helpful study tips for our students? The EC would love to hear from you! Send your tips, tricks, and helpful hacks to Ms. Largy at klargy@bishopscollegeschool.com and Ms. Gardner-Bray at sbray@bishopscollegeschool.com.
