One of the main reasons that our community can keep moving lies in the depths of the Ross Dining Hall.

From the ample amount of choices at the steam stations to the colourful salad bar station, our students, faculty, and staff all frequent the dining hall. Today's main lunch dishes were chicken adobo and seafood Newburg with lobster, salmon, and scallops—YUM!

Food services play a large role in our health and wellness here at BCSFood Services Manager and Head Chef, Ms. Gosselin, ensures that every tummy on campus is happy on a day-to-day basis with the help of her hard-working team. The dining hall staff prepare meals for all special events on campus as well, including last year's House Sweet Home block party where the barbecued steak delighted tastebuds. Round Square International Bazaars are also held every term with traditional recipes from the home countries of our students.
