In the past two weeks, our community has immersed itself in all things wellness. We've delved into essential topics like sleep, meditation, breath work, and empathy, all while enjoying relaxed dress codes and savouring delicious treats such as donuts and BeaverTails. It's been a time of nurturing our overall well-being and embracing healthy practices.
A huge thank you to our Positive Change Committee and our School Counsellor, Ms. Marie-Noëlle Gattuso, for organizing all these events.
