Steering with kindness
Today is Bus Driver Appreciation Day and we can’t help but acknowledge the unwavering dedication of our very own Michel Dubois.
Our Head of School, Michel Lafrance, shared the following about our indispensable driver: “They say it takes a village to raise a child. At BCS, our village is filled with caring adults in the houses, the classrooms, the kitchen, the offices, the hallways, and the grounds. Sometimes, our flourishing teens must leave the village to gain valuable experience, insight, and independence. Leaving the comfort and safety of BCS is not taken lightly, and we are fortunate to have our own superhero who takes good care of our students when they depart from Moulton Hill. Michel Dubois is our trusted bus driver, who not only transports our students to and from various destinations but does so with great intentionality. Every trip in the BCS bus is a warm and nurturing experience since Michel goes out of his way to make our students feel cared for. Not only does he drive them to their destination, but he often watches them compete and cheers them on during their game. Michel is an important member of the BCS family, and we salute his work today, as part of the Bus Drivers Appreciation Day.”
Merci Michel!
