Glass House enjoyed a delicious traditional Quebecois style 'cabane à sucre' brunch this week.

On Monday, our Glass girls received a special gift from a parent in the form of delicious treats from the local sugar shack, Le Chalet des Érables, located in the neighbouring town of Cookshire-Eaton. From the maple-apple pulled pork to the maple taffy, our students relished the traditional brunch.

In an effort to support the Quebec sugar shack industry, 'Ma Cabane à la Maison' found new ways to help the community experience the maple syrup season in the comfort of their homes. With the option of over 70 different sugar shacks across the province, this new company acts as the delivery service and distributes these delicious meals directly to you.

With the sugar shack season still hot on the horizon, we can't wait to get our hands on more sweet maple treats. A huge thank you for this special and 'sweet' gift!
