Susan Cook: Welcoming Alumni Home
Over the past 16 years, Susan Cook has helped strengthen ties within the BCS community through her work in alumni relations, stewardship, and events. Along the way, her role has evolved — but her commitment to making people feel welcome has remained the same.

Since joining BCS, Susan’s work has grown from database and finance responsibilities into stewardship, alumni engagement, and events. One of the parts of her role she values most is welcoming alumni back to campus and helping make their visits especially meaningful by reconnecting them with the places and memories that shaped their time at BCS.
Susan is also deeply involved in student life — something she says is both personal and purposeful. She loves building connections with students and helping create the traditions they will one day remember as alumni themselves. For Susan, BCS is more than a workplace; it is a place that feels like home.
“When alumni come back, I just love to make it extra special.”
