This is Halloween!

Our students and staff were replaced by ghouls and goblins today for Halloween.

Our Student Activities Team got a jump on the spooky fanfare this weekend with Halloween games and treat-making in the Student Centre and our houses held scary movie marathons and indulged in plenty of goodies. Earlier this October Ms. Cook launched a Halloween Door decorating contest, and winners were announced in chapel this morning by our panel of student judges. (Psst - scroll down for the victors.) Our Advancement Team also handed out prizes for the winners of their 'Ghosts of Halloween Past' contest. Last week Mr. Crowther handed out prizes for the Scary Short Story competition, which he holds annually.

This morning our prefects handed out festive candy cups to each classroom, hosted a costume contest at lunch, and tonight they will be touring the haunted tunnels below School House. Students continued the sugar rush by picking up their candygram pack in Ms. Lowry's office and stopping by the Communications Department to snap a pic at our mummy photo booth in exchange for a treat. Boo—all Halloween photos are now up on Flickr!

Happy Halloween!
