Ms. Jones' Form VI English Language & Literature class is creating beautiful poetry.

During Take Me Outside Day, Ms. Jones' class ventured outdoors to collect leaves to press and dry. After a couple of days, her class took the dried leaves and used them as inspiration to create poetry. Several of the projects are blackout poetry pieces—which are poems created by taking fragments of text from old books and redacting words. "The work is unfinished, but the process was too beautiful not to photograph today," said Ms. Jones.

Pssst... Keep an eye out on our stories this week for photos of the completed projects!
