When all is said and fun
Our March Break Activity Coordinators organized projects to keep all our Bears active and having fun this week.
A Ping Pong Tournament started off the week with our talented paddlers competing for the title of first place and the chance to win a sweet prize. On Wednesday, our students boarded the bus for a day trip to Quebec City for sightseeing and shopping. On Thursday night, students headed to the Student Centre to practise their culinary skills (or to satisfy a late-night sweet tooth!) during our cupcake decorating activity. Throughout the week the Student Centre also hosted a tie-dye event, bracelet-making activity, and a cozy movie night.
Off campus, a few students went for a walk along the Lac des Nations in the beautiful Jacques Cartier Park in downtown Sherbrooke. After the walk, everyone enjoyed a snack from the delicious ice cream shop, Chocolat Favoris. For those who were feeling adventurous, a trip to Escaparium had our students working together to escape a room before the clock ran out of time. To end the March Break, students raced throughout campus to find hidden chocolates for the Annual BCS Easter Egg Hunt.
