Leadership Team

Our Leadership Team is comprised of six directors and our Head of School, who work together to lead the implementation of the school’s strategic direction, ensuring appropriate resources are in place and effectively managed to achieve the school’s goals.

The Leadership Team at BCS is responsible for academic and co-curricular programs, student life and athletics, finance and administration, operational policies, physical plant, admissions, marketing and communications, and alumni relations and advancement. The team meets once per week to make decisions, review important matters in the life of the school, and monitor progress toward short-term and long-term goals, as expressed in our mission, vision, and strategic plan.
