A helping hand
Oct. 7, 2016 | Throughout the past week leading up to Thanksgiving, our BCS community participated in the annual food drive to benefit the Cornerstone Food Bank.
The Cornerstone Food Bank helps those in need in the town of Lennoxville and surrounding areas and was founded years ago by BCS’ own Perry Comeau and his wife. While addressing Chapel last week, Mr. Comeau challenged BCS to beat the previous record of 2,000 collected items established by Bishop’s University. With non-perishable food items piling up and a dress down day today, there’s a good chance we did it! Special thanks to Antoine and the Chapel Wardens for their hard work and organization.
Happy Thanksgiving, BCS!
