Term 2 take-off!

Nov. 10, 2016 | Mr. White had a rather odd reward for his Form V History students this morning.

In recognition of their hard work and performance throughout the first term, our Social Science Department Head took his students outside to… shoot rockets. While this may seem like an activity better suited for the Physics department, it was definitely much appreciated by these possible future historians and will undoubtedly motivate them to keep up the momentum in this second term. And who knows? Maybe it helped them visualize the historic take-off that brought Apollo 11 to the first manned moon landing in 1969.
