Lessons in LEGO!
Nov. 22, 2016 | Form IV Robotics students were put to the test this afternoon with a complex task to achieve.
Programming the LEGO Mindstorms robots they have been familiarizing themselves with since the beginning of the year, Mr. Madsen's class had to navigate the robots through a complex obstacle course. Every single angle and wheel rotation had to be carefully thought out and executed by selecting the correct programming blocks and setting their respective parameters. It proved to be quite a challenging experience and took the teams a few tries before achieving their perfect result, but they did and, what's more, we'd say they're now likely parallel parking pros! (In theory, at least!)
