Current statements

Feb. 9, 2017 | Mr. Kelso recently curated a collection of statements to display on the third floor of Schoolhouse.
While reading Canadian author Douglas Coupland’s "Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture", his Form VII English class looked at Coupland’s art project “Slogans for the 21st Century”. Inspired by the idea, the students created their own slogans. With evocative statements like "Cellphone is the new human organ," "A participation prize is no prize at all," and “Easier to text than face,” the project offers a unique and insightful glimpse into what is on their minds.
