Sugar shack season
Mar. 9, 2017 | Students and staff were on a sugar high this afternoon, after enjoying maple taffy on snow.
Earlier today, staff members of our Cadets Program set up a stand in the Quad near Dining Hall. Its sole offering? The sugary creation known as maple taffy that is made by boiling maple sap and pouring it over fresh snow. That quick blizzard this morning definitely came at the right time! Thank you to Major Nichols and his staff for the delicious treat.
