Bridge-building

Sep. 5, 2017 | Our new students arrived today but this year's Prefects have been on campus since last week.

Our Prefects are Form VII students who are elected to help run the school and the program is just one of our many student leadership opportunities. The 2017-18 group spent this past weekend at a leadership training camp with Mr. Tessier to prepare for the coming school year. Their final challenge of the camp consisted of building a new rope bridge from scratch for the Leadership and Adventure training centre of the BCS Cadets program. This ultimate task required skills, quick learning, and reactiveness. As you can see, they were highly successful - great job, Prefects!
