Switching our traditional BCS purple for pink
Mar. 7, 2018 | Our students and staff members are proudly wearing pink shirts today as a stand against bullying.
A few weeks ago, Mrs. Lowry and Mrs. Gattuso did a presentation in Chapel to raise awareness on the damage that bullying can cause. Today, students were invited to swap their regular sweater or blazer for a pink shirt in recognition of Pink Shirt Day, an international day against bullying. This year, the focus is on cyberbullying. Pink Shirt Day encourages us to be more thoughtful about what we post online or comment on social media. Thank you to everyone for participating, you all look so pretty in pink!
