Bending over backwards for crease

May 29, 2018 | It’s the last day of school-wide athletics and the yoga/cardio crease is out soaking up the sun.

Exams are around the corner and our spring term is coming to an end, with all but Lacrosse and Ultimate Frisbee having their final practices and games today. Many of our more competitive creases get plenty of screen time here on Photo of the Day, but our popular non-competitive creases are sometimes forgotten. During our spring athletics program this year, students had the option of taking part in yoga/cardio, climbing, fitness, and horseback riding. Students participating in yoga/cardio focused on improving flexibility, strength, and endurance by alternating between circuit training, stretching, and running on trails around campus. Although their workout today had them running along the bike path near the Saint-François River, the group was happy to show off their yoga poses after their run.
