A is for effort
June 6, 2018 | Even with exams looming, two thirds of our students made the Effort List, the highest number of students on the list all year!
Every two weeks, our teachers submit Effort Ratings for each student, ranking them based on the level of academic effort they’ve applied in the classroom. This feedback, represented with an A, B, C, or D, allows teachers to celebrate students’ dedication to their work outside of a standard academic grading system. Students with two or more As and nothing less than a B have their names read aloud in Chapel. This morning’s announcement marked the final Effort List of the year, which featured 65% of our students. Congratulations to Jesse in Form V for receiving all As!
