Well-oriented

September 10, 2018 | Students bussed north to Val-Cartier this weekend for our annual Orientation Camp.

The weekend sleep-away camp is an introduction to our Cadets program as well as an opportunity for students to get to know each other and learn new skills. On the schedule this year: rafting, gliding, bike-riding, tree-climbing, outdoor adventuring, and more! The weekend was almost entirely student-led, giving prefects and NCOs an opportunity to practice leadership skills by collectively coordinating groups of students. The weekend was also an opportunity for students to earn hours toward their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

After a busy weekend, students are back on campus with newfound friendships as we begin our first full week of classes today!
