Digestive doodling

October 4, 2018 | We pulled out the art supplies in the science building this afternoon!
All in the name of learning, Ms. Laberee’s Form VII Biology class created a semi-biologically-accurate 10-foot-tall Operation-style depiction of the digestive tract. Students first were divided into small groups to study and write about the functions of specific parts of the nutrient absorption system. The groups who completed their write-ups were able to spend the rest of class time artfully colouring in the character’s various entrails and glands.
Stop by the second floor of the Pattison building to see the fruits of their labour!
