Think pink!

October 9, 2018 | We’re trading in traditional purple for pink this month.

In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re taking part in the “Think pink!” campaign and raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. Josh and Olivier are leading the charge and have organized a hair-shaving fundraiser to encourage our community. Every time a certain amount of money is raised, a student, faculty, or staff member will shave their head or cut their hair in support of those who have battled or are currently fighting this disease. Having raised $525 in one week, the boys far surpassed the initial $150 target they set for themselves, and they both had their heads shaved during lunch hour. Fausta and Sophie got in on the action too, kicking off break today with a haircut apiece and donating the locks for wigs.
