Keeping a covenant
Nov. 2, 2018 | The ‘Covenant’ boys paid us a visit to rekindle memories and share with current students the power of a strong community.
Graduating from BCS in 1980 and 1981, this engaged group of alumni has always emphasized the importance of staying connected with each other and their school. Every November, the Covenant embarks on an international excursion to maintain the close friendships they formed while at BCS. This year marks the 29th year of the tradition and brings them back to the place they first met! They arrived on campus at lunch, dining with staff and students in Ross Hall, followed by an afternoon spent meeting with students and bonding over shared experiences. The group also met with the recipient of the Covenant Scholarship that they collectively fund. Over the weekend they will be spending time on campus, meeting with students and administration, and visiting the construction sites of the Mitchell Family House and our new Tennis Court Complex.
We love welcoming alumni back and helping past students maintain a connection to the school. Visit the alumni section of our website to learn how to stay involved!
