Paving the way

Nov. 7, 2018 | The first coat of asphalt has been laid for our revamped tennis courts!
Over the past two months, we’ve been excitedly watching not only the construction of Mitchell Family House, but of our new three-court Tennis Complex. Built adjacent to the BCS Foundation Squash Courts, near the Weir-Davis Memorial Gymnasium, the new courts will create a centralized area for tennis in proximity to our other athletic facilities. This week, as the rain subsided, crews took advantage of the dry weather to lay the first layer of asphalt. Fencing will be installed over the coming weeks with the final stages of construction set to take place in the spring. These include a final layer of asphalt and a requisite coat of BCS-purple paint.
Thanks to PC Courts for their excellent work!
