Apr. 15, 2019 | The sun was out this past Saturday for the 28th edition of the Annual Stoker Arts Festival.
Every year staff, faculty, and local community members lead workshops for our students as part of the Stoker Arts Festival. With 20 workshops to choose from, ranging from Djembe to Pro Wrestling and Coding Digital Music, there was something for everyone. This year, for the first time, we offered a student-led option, which was spearheaded by Form VI student Izzy M. and saw students dive into character design. We also had a few alumni lend a hand: Candy Rutihinda, BCS'18, led a workshop on musical theatre, Sarrah Ewing, BCS'10, taught crochet, and Graeme Maxwell, BCS'18 and his band Fold Nine, performed in the afternoon.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success, and a special shout out to Mr. Brandon for organizing another great edition of Stoker Arts!
