Year in review

May 24, 2019 | Major Turner joined us on Moulton Hill today for our Annual Cadet Review.

Though last night's rain dampened the field and clouds threatened throughout the morning, the BCS No. 2 Cadet Corps enjoyed a refreshingly cool and rain-free 157th Annual Review. We were honoured this year to have Major David J. Turner, CD, as the Reviewing Officer for the ceremony. As an influential member of our community since 1975, Major Turner introduced many new programs and changes to school culture that are still in place today, 15 years after his retirement. During the ceremony, the Flag Party impressed parents and alumni with their complex choreography and the band added new songs to their display this year, performing Don't Worry, Be HappySweet Caroline, and New York New York. We also conferred 29 Cadet Service Medals on alumni for their years of Cadet service, building on a tradition introduced at last year's event.

Congratulations to our students and staff who have dedicated so much time toward this performance!
