Take run for the team

Oct. 10, 2019 | Our forest trails are being put to use today for our annual Inter-House Cross Country Run.

As one of the longest-standing BCS traditions, the Inter-House Cross Country Run is a sure sign of fall on Moulton Hill. The event is one of many throughout the year that brings out House pride for some friendly competition. Depending on their grade level, students run between two and six kilometres on the trails behind campus. While awards are distributed to houses based on the best average times and placement of each House's top six runners, our Director of Athletics, Mr. Bray, clarified that winning isn't the only focus. "Enjoy the outdoors and our campus, get some exercise and try and do your best," he encouraged in a message to the community.

Look for more photos of the runners on our Flickr page in the coming days!
