Raking new ground

Oct. 30, 2019 | Our students were raking up a storm yesterday during crease!

Our fall crease calendar is finally over and our athletic department is spending this week collecting equipment and preparing for winter sports to begin at the end of the week. To keep students active while making the most of our final days of fall weather, our Athletic Director Mr. Bray encouraged students to get outside and tidy around their houses yesterday afternoon. Across campus, students could be seen collecting waste, raking leaves, and putting away items for the winter. This was not only a way to bring houses together during crease but was also an opportunity for students to show appreciation for the hard work our Buildings and Grounds crew puts into keeping these spaces in tip-top shape throughout the year. From inter-house races to student-staff competitions, our athletic department continues to show that an active lifestyle can take many different forms!
