Slytherin down the slopes

Feb. 4, 2020 | Day three of Carnivallarmus is upon us and things are already going downhill!

Maintaining an annual tradition, our students and staff headed to Quebec City today for some good old-fashioned tubing. Throughout the day, students alternated between speeding down hills and warming up by the fire with hot chocolate and snacks. With comfortably mild temperatures just below freezing and a few fresh centimetres of snow since yesterday, the weather was perfect to spend time outdoors. Thanks to our partnership with Cadets Canada, the group will be visiting the Canadian Forces Base in Valcartier to enjoy a warm meal together before heading back to campus this evening.

Students will be able to enjoy a sleep-in tomorrow morning to wrap up this year's Carnival events. After such an active and rowdy few days, we're sure they'll appreciate resting their bodies and their vocal cords leading into the final days of classes before the break!
