September 22, 2020 | Ross Hall recently benefitted from a major facelift courtesy of a generous alumni donation.
Over the summer months, our Buildings and Grounds crew quickly got to work renovating and reconfiguring the kitchen and serving line to better suit our needs for increased hygiene and physical distancing. Our Food Service Manager, Diane Gosselin, expressed that the new configuration allows for a more efficient and streamlined service so that our community can still enjoy Ross Hall and the delicious eats they know and love while ensuring health and safety.Watch one of Mr. Michel Lafrance's recent 'Head's Check-In' videos for a peek at the new service line.
Shout out to our Buildings and Grounds crew who worked around the clock to ensure Ross Hall would be ready and open in time for the first day of school on September 21 and to our dining staff for adapting to a new system so quickly.
We're incredibly thankful to our alumni community for their unwavering and unending support and we are looking forward to sharing a warm meal with you in Ross Hall very soon.
