Bear necessities

September 23, 2020 | Fall crease got underway this week with our Bears making the most of our indoor and outdoor athletic facilities.

The front of School House was a hub of (physically-distanced!) activity with the Junior Boys' Soccer team and U16 and U18 Hockey teams practising drills and getting their stretch on out on Senior Field. Meanwhile on Junior Field, our Flag Football team worked on their throwing skills, and on School House Field coaches Andrew St-Amant and Mr. Scott Manning engaged our intramural team in some Ultimate Frisbee. Our Cross Country Running team could also be seen running the trails around campus.

"Our main focus this season is skill development," Jeff Bray, our Director of Athletics, shared. "Our coaches are focussing on technique, competency, and teamwork while keeping everyone safe and having fun."

We're looking forward to seeing our students continue to take advantage of all of our wonderful spaces this fall. Let's go, Bears!
