Round Square Day
June 5, 2015 | Today is Round Square Day at BCS.
After all this delicious food, the whole school is going on a four kilometer walk or run through campus and to Atto Beaver park down the road. To top the day off, the Round Square committee will be planting trees on campus. A very fun-filled and eventful day before the weekend.
In Chapel this morning, students Josh, Romy and Nick had a Round Square trivia game ready bright and early for the students. Each house sent a representative to play against the other house reps – the winning house receives an ice cream party. This year’s lucky winner was Brendan, Form VII, for McNaughton house! At lunch today, the lovely Dining Hall staff prepared different recipes from all over the world for our International Food Bazaar. Above (left to right) you can see Patrick, Form VI, receiving tabbouleh, pita and hummus from Azziz, Form III, Dana, Form VII, and Mohamed, Form III. Students from Germany, the Bahamas, the Congo, and many other served lots of other yummy treats!
