Ruck, maul, scrum

Apr. 18, 2016 | The Senior Girls Rugby team spent the weekend in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, competing in the CAIS National Championship.

Hosted by Brentwood College School, the three day event saw boys and girls teams from across Canada competing for the Junior and Senior titles. On Sunday, the final day of the tournament, the BCS Bears bounced back from a bitter loss against the Notre-Dame Hounds to defeat Ashbury College 39-5 and claim third place.

As busy as they were ruling the rucks and scrums, the girls also managed to fit in some sight-seeing with coaches Ms. Magwood and Ms. Stratton before heading home today.
