Choosing the right fit

Form V, VI, and VII students had the opportunity to meet with representatives from Eastern Canadian universities before the November Break.
Representatives from Acadia University, Bishop’s University, Dalhousie University, Mount Allison University, Saint Mary’s University, and Saint Francis Xavier University gave a short presentation about their school and answered questions in a forum-type setting held in the R. Lewis Evans Memorial Theatre.
Students then had the opportunity to approach the representatives’ tables to ask them direct questions relating to campus life, the application process, and financial aid. They also had the chance to pick up brochures, fill out information cards, and even grab some swag!
Since the beginning of the year, we have hosted three university fairs and welcomed 21 university representatives from the following institutions:
Boston University, Brock University, Carleton University, Glion Institute of Higher Education, Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, Ontario College of Art and Design University, Queen's University, Quest University, Royal Military College, Ryerson University, Trent University, University of British Columbia, University of Guelph, University of Ottawa, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, Western University, and Windsor University. Students were also able to meet with New York University and the Swiss Education Group.
Our Form VII should be receiving acceptance letters from their schools of choice early in the new year.
