  • Tyler Lewis, Head of School


    Tyler L. Lewis
     – Head of School, Bishop's College School (Lennoxville, QC)

    Mr. Lewis began his career in 1995 at Blair Academy in New Jersey as a math teacher, coach, houseparent, and administrator. He was involved in many aspects of school life and acted as Associate Director of College Counseling and Director of Financial Aid. He coached several varsity teams, including football and hockey. From 2001 to 2006, he worked as a consultant at Carney, Sandoe & Associates in Boston, advising schools on strategic planning and recruitment. He then accepted the positions of Director of Admission and Director of Financial Aid at the Holderness School in New Hampshire where he remained until 2015.
     
    Mr. Lewis studied at Colby College in Maine, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics. He went on to complete a Master’s of Education at Harvard University. He and his wife, Renee, live with their three children in Plantation House on campus.

    Mr. Lewis became the 30th Head of School in June 2015. By virtue of his office, he is a member of the Association Board of Directors.



  • Linda Rodeck, BCS'81, Chair


    Linda Rodeck, BCS'81 – Senior Canadian Art Specialist  and Vice President, Fine Art, Waddington's (Toronto, ON)
     
    Ms. Rodeck attended BCS from 1977-1981,with her older brothers, Bruce (class of '78) and Keith (class of '79). She later graduated with a BA in History and Art History from McGill University, and earned her Master's Degree from the University of Toronto.
     
    From 2010-2013, Ms. Rodeck served as Managing Director for Sotheby’s (Canada) and in the summer of 2013 was recruited by Waddington's, Canada's oldest auctioneers, where she is now Senior Canadian Art Specialist and Vice President, Fine Art.
     
    She has served on the board of the Niagara Historical Society and Museum, Bloorview Kids rehab, and the McMichael Canadian Art Collection.

    Ms. Rodeck joined the Association Board in 2011, was appointed Vice-Chair in 2014, and Chair in 2018.
  • Guthrie Stewart, BCS'73, Vice-Chair


    Guthrie Stewart,
    BCS'73 - (Westmount, QC)

    Mr. Stewart is currently active on a number of public company boards and advisory boards, including Chairman of GBC America mutual fund, Chairman of Orbit Garant (mining services), Tandem Expansion Capital Fund (venture capital) and the Faculty Advisory Board of the McGill Desautels Faculty of Management (where he also lectures). In addition he is a certified business leadership coach through Columbia University, and has developed a practice working with a range of entrepreneurs and business leaders. Mr. Stewart is also involved in supporting entrepreneurship in Africa through the Enablis Foundation and also as Managing Partner of CapAfrica Canada Partnership which is investing in opportunities in Africa.
     
    Until 2008, he was a partner of EdgeStone Capital, one of Canada’s largest private equity buy-out and venture capital firms. Prior to that he was an executive in the telecommunications industry (international and mobile networks), including CEO of Teleglobe Canada and EVP, Global Development of Teleglobe Inc and a member of the founding team of what is now Bell Mobility. He began his professional career as a corporate and acquisitions lawyer in Toronto with Osler’s. Mr. Stewart attended Queen’s University ('73-'75), Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto (LL.B.) ('75-'78), and INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France (M.B.A.) ('84-'85). He also has completed the I.C.D. certification program for corporate directors through Rotman-McGill.
     
    Mr. Stewart joined the BCS Association Board in 2011.

  • Richard Bradley


    Richard Bradley
    – (North Hatley, QC)

    Mr. Bradley, father of two BCS graduates, worked for 30 years in the finance business, as a foreign exchange trader in Montreal and London for Toronto-Dominion Bank, and then as Director of Treasury Operations for Kruger Paper. He attended Bishop's University, where he received a BA in Economics in 1974.

    Mr. Bradley joined the Board in 2001 and has served in a number of capacities, including most recently as a member of the Finance and Audit, and Infrastructure committees. He is also very active in the school's Round Square program.

  • Michel Bull, BCS'72, Honourary Secretary-Treasurer


    Michel Bull,
    BCS ’72 – CFO Global Excel Management Inc (Lennoxville, QC)

    Mr. Bull graduated from Laval University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. After a brief period at Belanger Dallaire Gagnon (eventually Caron Belanger Ernst & Young), Mr. Bull lived and worked in Europe for nine years. After returning to Canada, he worked for a number of years in the manufacturing world as CFO and general management.

    He is currently the CFO of Global Excel Management, inc, a 450-employee company based in Lennoxville, Quebec.

    Mr. Bull joined the Association Board of BCS in 2013.

  • Scott Goodson, BCS'81


    Scott Goodson,
    BCS’81 – Founder/CEO of StrawberryFrog (New York City, NY)
     
    Mr. Goodson is a graduate of BCS. He is an experienced entrepreneur and angel investor in 10 companies in Europe, Brazil, India, and the United States.
     
    He is currently founder/CEO of StrawberryFrog, the world’s first Movement Marketing, Advertising, and Design company based in NYC. Mr. Goodson is also the author of the best-selling book Uprising: How to Build a Brand—and Change the World—By Sparking Cultural Movements through McGraw Hill.
     
    Mr. Goodson, his wife, and his two sons live outside Manhattan.
     
    Mr. Goodson joined the BCS Association Board in 2018.
     
  • Isabelle Goyette


    Isabelle Goyette
     – Vice-Principal, Finance and Administration, Bishop’s University (Lennoxville, QC)
     
    Ms. Goyette currently serves as the Vice-Principal, Finance and Administration at Bishop’s University. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including eight years at Bishop’s University and six years at BBDO in Montreal and Toronto as their Director of Finance. She also serves as an Administrator and Treasurer for CEA Ecollectif (Foundation of the Ecollectif elementary school).

    Ms. Goyette has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Accounting from HEC Montreal and she also completed the CMA professional program.

    Ms. Goyette joined the BCS Association Board in 2016.
  • Ian Graham, BCS'80


    Ian Graham,
     BCS'80 – Director, R. E. Millward & Associates Ltd (Toronto, ON)

    Mr. Graham has more than 32 years of professional planning experience and currently serves as the Director for R.E. Millward & Associates Ltd.
    Prior to joining the firm Mr. Graham was a Project Manager with the City of Toronto’s City Planning Division. He is also publisher and sole owner of NRU Publishing Inc., a company that publishes two weekly newsletters on planning and development news in the City of Toronto and the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. He has overseen the publication operations for 20 years.

    Mr. Graham has a Master’s of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from McMaster University. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, a registered professional planner in the Province of Ontario, a member of the American Planning Association, a member of the Ontario Association of Land Economists, a member of BILD, and is on the board of Montrose Property Holdings Ltd. And Ecowaste Industries ltd. in Richmond BC.
     
    Mr. Graham joined the BCS Association Board in 2017.
  • Daniel Lalonde, BCS'72


    Daniel Lalonde
    , BCS’72, B. COM., LL.L, MBA, CIMMD – Senior VP and Portfolio Manager, National Bank Financial (Montreal, QC)

    Mr. Lalonde began his career in capital markets and institutional sales, and prior to joining NBF, was a founding partner and manager of Goepel Shields' (Raymond James) Quebec operation. He has a BComm from McGill University, an LL.L from the U. of Montreal, he is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1981, and obtained an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

    He presently serves on the McGill Shulick Music Advisory board, the Capital Campaign of the Maisonneuve Rosemont Hospital, his President of the Lanaudière International Music Festival Foundation and an active fund raiser for Cystic Fibrosis Quebec.
     
    Mr. Lalonde has been involved in governance at BCS for 25 years, as president of the BCS Alumni Association, a member of the BCS Foundation Board, and, since 2006, as a member of the Association Board.

  • Tim Price, BCS'75, Past-Chair


    Timothy E. Price,
    BCS'75 – Chair, MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier, Inc. (Montreal, QC)

    Mr. Price joined MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier in 1984, and has worked in a variety of roles, starting with a management position in finance and administration. He was elected as a Director of the Firm in 1992, and has served on the Executive Committee since 1993. He was later appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2002, a position he held until May 2009. In February 2009, Mr. Price was elected Chair of the Board.

    Mr. Price graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in 1979. Prior to joining ‘3 Macs’ he worked in the investment industry in London England (for Rowe & Pitman), and with the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in Toronto and Bermuda. He attained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1992, and he is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Price is a past chair of the Investment Industry Association of Canada and is active in a number of other industry, educational, health and charitable organizations. He also served as a councillor for the City of Westmount, Qc, from 2009 to 2013.

    After being on the BCS Foundation board for many years, Mr. Price joined the Association Board in 2010, assumed the role of Vice-Chair in 2012, and was elected Chair in 2013.

  • Marc Rioux


    Marc Rioux
     – President and Owner, Les Immeubles Rioux, Inc.
    (Sherbrooke, QC)

    Mr. Rioux founded Les Immeubles Rioux Inc, a real-estate company in Sherbrooke, Quebec in 2002 and currently serves as the President. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from École des Hautes Études Commercials as well as a Competency Diploma from the Canadian Institute of Credit Managers.

    Mr. Rioux’s son graduated with the class of 2017, and his daughter in 2018. They both now attend Bishop’s University.
     
    Mr. Rioux joined the BCS Association Board in 2017.
  • Avery (MacKay) Russell, BCS'85


    Avery Russell, BCS'85 -
     Founder and Interior Designer at AR Designer's Group (Marblehead, MA)

    Ms. Russell has three children who are BCS graduates, and one child currently attending BCS. In addition to raising her family, Ms. Russell has been actively involved in her community with various non-profit organizations. At St. Michael's Church (Marblehead, MA) she served on the vestry, chaired the Stewardship Committee, and taught Sunday school. Within the Marblehead public school system Ms. Russell chaired the Playground Improvement and Fundraising Committee, and spent many years as an enrichment volunteer, and yearbook editor. She has recently earned a certificate in interior design and has started her new business, AR Designer's Group.

    Ms. Russell joined the BCS Association Board in 2014.

  • Stephan Scholl, BCS'88


    Stephan Scholl,
    BCS'88 - President, Infor Inc. (New York, NY)
     
    Mr. Scholl serves as President at Infor, Inc. Infor is the third largest enterprise software company in the world. Mr. Scholl is responsible for sales, consulting, alliances and channels worldwide. He has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, including 14 years at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, he held a number of consulting and sales management roles at PeopleSoft. He served as a Director at Infor (US), Inc. since 2011.

    Mr. Scholl has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from McGill University.
     
    Mr. Scholl joined the BCS Association Board in 2015.

  • Roald Smeets, BCS'87


    Roald Smeets
    , BCS’87 - President and COO, The Citco Group.

    Mr. Smeets is the President and COO of the highly successful Citco Group of Companies, established by the Smeets family in 1948 to meet the needs of multinationals and private clients following the Second World War. The company has been a leader in international finance since it began, deeply involved in establishing the Eurobond and hedge fund markets while retaining its entrepreneurial character. As an industry leader for more than 75 years, the group has a deep expertise in the full range of fund strategies, investor requirements, multinational governance, and private client estate planning.

    Mr. Smeets joined the BCS Association Board in 2015.
